NPC's/Enemies Enter buildings randomly mod?

Just had the idea for this idk if there's a mod for it yet or not or if it's possible.

 

Say your in Concord and from a safe distance you watch the raiders, I want a mod that will make them walk around and enter any open building (Loading screen door type). Stay inside for a little bit like they are searching, then come back out. Or even stay inside.

 

Or your in a building somewhere, hidden, no enemies saw you. And people randomly come inside catching you by surprise.

 

 

Just figured a mod that makes NPC's use those type of doors without player involvement would make them seem more real.
