I need a moder that can script and can create quest. I can do the entire environment and buildings and anything else that is required but I can't script, BECAUSE I don't have the STEAM version of CK and Papyrus Scripts don't work at all, I can't even open the vanilla ones. One workaround for this would be to download and work with Papyrus software, but that is to tedious and another moder that has a good CK will wok faster than me.

 

The idea is simple, you get a quest from the king of Tamriel, after the main quest is done by the player and he sides with one of the factions. The quest will entitle you as a Jarl, but you have to go and rebuild a town.. even better a destroyed town. So you get some money and some gear and maybe some other type of supplies and go look for builders (specific NPCs). And after you start rebuilding the walls, the keep/castle, the village houses and the stores and stables, the player will go around telling different NPCs from Tamriel to live and work in your own town. Other NPCs will require quests in order for them to come and work in your town as blacksmiths or wizards or whatever.

 

The logic behind it is simple, after a quest or a specific action, something gets enabled and the prior item (the destroyed one) will be disabled. Also construction may vary in time. A house can take 3 days to complete while a keep will take 10. NPCs will pay taxes and make random items for the player. Also the player can assign defense posts with 4-5 people to defend it. Also you can upgrade their gear and also upgrade the buildings.

 

If it won't be too hard, maybe we can implement a small system that requires food for the villagers in proportion to their numbers. So if you have 4 villagers, they will require 1 field of vegetables and 1 cow to ensure their survival.

 

So if anyone dares to assign for this mod, I look forward for your replies, maybe we can do wonderful voice acted quests that will make Skyrim just a bit more nicer in the Modding Community. :)

There is a mod called Tundra Defense which lets you build your own village anywhere you want.

I want a village hidden in the mountains, ruled by me, an orc warlord. Standard Cheif and harem, with orcs in key positions under your rule. I want all the architecture to look orcish if it can, embellish on it if you have to. I'm a Conan-type orc who believes in Malacath and Stendarr, So I need two temples, a bigger ornate one going to Malacath. They try to depict him as Trinimac in his ways so he can become Trinimac again, and they have you do missions in that effect.Also have it spelled in the Dragon tongue Grand Orc King on the crown that you pick up off the thrown that you sit on to rule as Cheif of the Village. Have the crown encrusted with emeralds. Dark Elfs are the underclass, they have proven themselves through combat to be strong enough to join the village They are shopkeepers and farmers. Also, I need it compatible with the Cannabis Skyrim one and that dinosaur mod I requested. He then told you to leave this stronghold palace immediately, go on a quest to experience this land, marry seven brides then cast him and his harem out after a duel between the 2 on your return.
