Rusty texture fix

So I've been playing around adding some armor into the game using the creation kit and some of the armors will have a rusty texture on them in the kit and at the crafting table. When the armor is equipped the rusty texture isn't there but there is no texture at all.

 

I'm not sure how to fix this, if anyone knows how please help.
