No karma sounds/karma sounds removed? FWE possible culprit? Trying to restore.

I know that in FWE you can enable/disable (which is the default) the karma messages, however there is no sound when I loss karma (such as stealing something) if the karma messages are turned on or off.

 

I also can't find the original audio files anywhere in my data folder either.

 

Does anyone know anything about this? I like the karma sounds but have no idea how to get them back.
