karma and temporary effects

I don't know if this (GECK) is now possible, but two interface enhancemanets would be urgent:

 

Karma:

I would like to see how much I'm improving karma or loosing it, like pecent or x of max-x points to get an new karma level.

 

Temporary effects, when using special armory or food:

Is this a fixed time, or dependent of food or level?

I would like to see on the on-screen HUD how long an effect will last.
