SSE Script that equips the player a roughpun tunic whenever he goes to prison

Would like to know where the script of equipping a roughspun tunic whenever the player got imprisoned, I like to add some other equipment whenever the dragonborn got imprisoned like a ball chained to its leg that has lots of weights.
