Defile
Not really, they both cover your head, dear. Why would you leave your hair down, to be a target for your enemy to grab? why would an enemy even want to grab your hair when you are wearing a helmet. In combat if you would be in te position to grab someones hair when they are wearing a helmet then you are most likely behind them and then I don't really see the point of pulling someones hair? RGMage2
Helmets that show the hair is something I was experimenting with a couple of months ago. It's not that hard to do, but you do need some blender skills - or other 3D program. It is just a matter of expanding the helmet mesh around the hair, and then conformulating it after export. The trick is to do it in a way that the helmet still looks like it is an appropriate size. The hard part is to have it work on more than one hair style without serious clipping. I had some success in making them work on most of the flatter hair styles, and with a little more tweaking they would probably work with most of the vanilla hairs and some of Rens. They need to be on the Amulet slot, and I would think that any release should also contain an esp to make all the vanilla meshes show the Amulet. I'm not working on this at the moment, but I will probably get back to it eventually. 8) Some pictures of helmets that show the hair. http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...reenShot188.jpghttp://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...reenShot136.jpghttp://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...ct/daedric4.jpghttp://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...eHairHelmet.jpghttp://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...ts/08042002.jpghttp://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...t/Amelion01.jpghttp://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u312/RG...t/Amelion02.jpg
