Memory crashes?

I had this same problem with oblivion eventually, but I never knew what caused it. I'd download 30 some odd mods on a high end comp and framerates would be absolutely fine. But load times go from normal to unbearable within maybe 3 separate loads, and the game's framerate steadily drops and eventually crashes to desktop. Sounds like an out of memory crash/memory leak.

 

Is it most likely conflicting mods or a poorly made one?

I don't know about the mods you use but I found that using pcb and sleeping for 24 hours once in a while can keep the game from crashing for hours. Also if you put a too high value for cell buffer in your ini file the game seems to crash more often, even with 4 or more gigs of ram.
