My first guess is that some mod that adds a piece of clothing you character is wearing is not installed properly. If you have a mesh in the wrong folder for, say a shirt, and the game cannot find that exact shirt either in the vanilla bsa files or in a mod meshes folder, the place that should be occupied by that shirt becomes transparent. Look at your most recently installed mods to see what changed.

A mod can also overwrite something that was loaded earlier (such as a vanilla bsa file) with a new mesh that is not in the right place.

A load order list would be helpful in diagnosing this.

Are you using a body mod? & Which one? Are you using more than one body mod?

The messed up eyes are usually caused by more than one 'beauty' mod installed. Any mod that mods eyes or hair can do this. The two problems may be related.

A load list in load order would help diagnose this problem.

A pic showing the problem might help too.

the body mod I am using right now is hgec and the hair and eye mods that i have activated are ren beauty pack full, cosmetic compilation, all eyes unlocked, soya hair pack, and corean hair for original race. I also have 2 race mods activated 1 called corean and the other called diclonius (from a different site)

Try disabling the race mod you are not using currently. Sometimes a race mod only includes the head, others include the entire body or just parts of the body. Using parts from one with parts from another can cause strange effects.

Using clothing made for one body with a different body may have the same effects as sometimes the clothing will include portions of the body, such as the lower part of an arm for a short sleeve, part of the torso for an abbreviated shirt. This is done to make it look more natural when that item is worn. You may also see clipping where a body part shows through the clothing.
