Leopoldo
Hello folks! I recently decided to dive into the wonderous world of animation with 3ds max! i followed a couple of tutorials and learned how to import and export, and since i wanted to create a new Battleaxe Idle animation, i decided to start by editing the original "2hm_idle" file. That i did, and the result looked good in 3ds Max: here is the link>>>>>>>>>http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/197/immaginekezj.jpg/ but after converting the file to the HKX format and trying in game i noticed some issues, like an excessively bent right arm, the weapon in an awkward position and so on (sorry, no pic for this). Therefore i tried using the "2hw_idle" which was the original for axes. Same result. SO i was wondering if some skilled animator and blender/3ds max expert could give me some advice and suggest me some tutorial on the internet, since what i found didn't quite help. Thanks in advance, beautiful people! I even managed to rig the axe to the hands, but now the animation won't play in 3ds max: link to the screenshot>>>>http://imageshack.us/f/715/immagine2qr.jpg/ Edited January 19, 2013 by Leopoldo
