ENB friendy Mr Handy mod

I keep wanting to use ENBs and then remembering that you can see Mr Handy thrusters through walls. There have been some remodels, like these from prodlimen

But they always have that effect from the thruster, so it doesn't fix the ENB problem. Not that that's the point of them, I'm just saying, there's no fix I know of.

Is there any way someone could, in the simplest manner, just disable/cover up the jet effect from the Mr Handy/Mr Gutsy bots so you don't ever see it, so it can't show up through walls? Or alternatively, remodel the Mr Handy so it has legs, or otherwise loses the need for the thruster? That would be more complex, I'm totally happy for just a masked or replaced jet effect.

 

It would be fantastic, for me and anyone else who uses ENBs. Thanks for your time!

Been trying to find a fix for it but so far no good. I guess I'll just keep it going and pretend it ain't there. Once you play with Enbs there is no going back to vanilla

It is somekind of reflection effect built into the jetaddon model nif-file. I have been building a robot companion that uses above mentioned mr handy parts

I made a special version of the nif file. It has only the jet flames without reflection effect.

 

That should work fine with other Mr Handys. Could make a mod that replaces normal jet addon files and gets rid of that effect.

Seems to work so i published it as a mod:

Removes the annoying effect from all Mr Handys and Mr Gutsys.
