CTD on start, at random times

Got back into skyrim and was going through the usual mod preparations, everything worked for a day and then I oddly started crashing out to my desktop everytime it started. I am not sure where the problem lies or what I am doing wrong and could really use some input on where my issue lies. heres my list

If anyone knows where the incompatibillity lies or what I am doing wrong, please let me know. I have since tried it without the Campfire/Frostfall mod and it opened succesfully once, then reinstalled the Cart fix for the beginning scene and the game crashed again. I believe this is either being caused by my FNIS or my LOOT as it seems to follow when I redeploy or order my mods.

I'm having the same issue. It seems like it's an issue with SKSE but I have no idea what's causing it. I only know this because I launched Skyrim without SKSE and it loaded just fine.
