TyrAVB
I have a ceiling tile retextured in NifSkope. My problem is that when put on a ceiling in CK it casts shadow in a standard way, on a space above (upper floor). However, I would need it to cast shadow in a "opposite" direction (or at least both directions), meaning cast shadow below the ceiling, not above. Is there a way to do that in FifSkope (or CK, but I doubt that haha)?
Hanaisse
Meshes will cast shadows in the direction of its normals. Is your mesh a vanilla ceiling tile mesh? Or something else you're using as a ceiling tile? (in other words, what mesh is it)
TyrAVB
Yes, vanilla ceiling tile mesh (WRIntCeilMid01Trans)...only changed texture
Hanaisse
Alright, changing a texture isn't going to change how a mesh behaves, and looking in the CK I can't see the behaviour you're describing where that mesh is currently used. Could you post pics of your issue to describe it better?
TyrAVB
Ok, here it is...First two pics are how tiles (both mine and vanilla) behave now, normally, as they are made in vanilla game. 3rd pic is what I would like, that my tile casts shadow on the floor from the light source above it. My question was is it possible to do it in NifSkope and if so, how?
