BOSS, power loaders, my specs. Skyre

I'm relatively new to modding the crap out of a game, and I think I've gone overboard but I am unsure where. I'll start by giving my computer specs for a reference.

AMDFX-8350 4.0ghz eight core cpu.

128GB OCZ Vertex 4 SSD

Sapphire HD7850 (OC'd)

16GB Corsair vengeance 1600mhz ddr3

750w corsair psu

So I'd assume I should be able to load a fairly large amount of mods and avoid stuttering/low FPS.

This is pretty much the case, but I'm running into conflicts. I really like SkyRe, but I'm wondering if that is the issue.

I tried loading boss, and reading the full wiki on how to fix errors, after attempting to clean up nothing seemed to change.

 

I'm not above doing a fresh install of mods, basically I like the enhanced perks etc from skyre, as well as general graphics mods. I'd honestly like to get the game looking as good as possible.

If anyone has a similar setup with a load order/mod compilation to recommend that would be great.

Or help with my shortcomings on learning how to fix errors properly
