Arms are glitching into the body?

I'm not really sure why but my characters arms are glitching into its body.

Reinstall the XPMSE skeleton and make sure no other mods overwrite it (SOS usually does).

 

I also highly recommend you install the Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.
