After Feeding while standing as a vampire I cant move!!!&#

Ok here is what happens I would go to feed on something while standing (Vampire Cattle or npc under Vampire Seduction) I would first activate the character and select feed, no problems with this. It would then go to the animation and to my eyes it seemed to complete it, but then when the red screen goes after you feed and you get that feeding message I cant move! Im stuck there and it seems to repeat the feeding animation!

 

It allows me to look around but within a few seconds it repeats the animation from the angle your looking. If I look around and talk to another npc close by I can talk to them with no problems but once I have exited talking I am still stuck and doomed to repeat the feeding animation from whatever angle I was facing. I am able to draw my weapon briefly at the time between the repetitions but I am instantly forced to sheathe it straight after readying it. I can still use shouts and am able to tranform into a vampire lord but after doing so I no longer repeat feeding but I am still glued to the ground and unable to move even after changing back. I am able to access my favourites menu and change things around, I am also can access the other menus equipment, magic, skills, etc. The only way I have found to be freed of this is to console "kill" the target so I can move. (I'd rather not have to kill everyone I ever feed on) The only time it has ever sort of worked is the quest to enthrall the moth priest but even then it does the repetition until you talk to him.

 

So far I am the only one I have seen that has had this problem! Please HELP!!!

 

So far I have tried deleting the scripts, deleting the dawnguard mainfiles and re-downloading them, unselecting every selected mod, changing the load order of Dawnguard and reloading earlier saves all havent worked...

 

I do have the other DLC's, the High resolution textures and Hearthfire

 

If anyone has any idea on how to fix something like this please help!!!!
