I can't download any mods :(

I am having a problem downloading any mods, from Oblivion, Skyrim and Morrowind and when I try to download anything or even try to look at my current mods through nexus it says:

 

Unable to get write permissions for:

and then whatever place im getting it from.

 

It's really annoying not being able to download any mods and I have tried it on my laptop and computer, but both say the same thing so I would really like some help as I really want some mods, bad, so if any of you can help it would be great! ^.^
