enchanted items

ive played around for weeks with the ini files and mods, its safe to say oblivion works 30-60 frames/second. the thing that is bothering me is whenever i use an enchanted item or go near a person with an enchanted item my fps drops to 1.

 

ive looked around and got these mods

No Lights Flicker

Initial Glow

and specular lighting fix

No lighting spells

 

but my game still drops its fps when i go use an enchanted item or go near a player with one. anyone experienced these problems and got a solution? maybe a mod to fix this alltogheter :thanks:

 

EDIT: i used spellstrip and it seemed to work. ty anyways for forums
