(Fallout New Vegas)Is there a mod that allows you to select which weapons use "True Iron Sights" and which ones don't?

For example, if you wanted to use True Iron sights ON for the Cowboy Repeater, but OFF the Lever Action Shotgun. The only way I'm aware off is to universally change it in the game settings under "Gameplay". Any advice appreciated!
