Damius Posted January 20, 2013 Share Posted January 20, 2013 The problem is relatively simple, but i have yet to find a solution. I was going through the random volkihar quests with the objective of completing the bloodstone chalice improvements in particular, i completed the quest (ancient power) for Faran Sadri and returned the piece of dead vampire to him. I asked around the castle for work, and was bumped back to Faran immediately, but he had no work for me, not even the dialogue to ask about work was available. I tried waiting to see if he would have some a day later, no luck. I reloaded a save from before completing the quest and tried again, same problem, i then tried a save from one hour and a few random quests before, and when it came to doing the chalice quest again i was sent for a different part and again upon return he had no more quests and the rest of the castle said he did. I tried using the console to complete the quest (in case it hadnt finished properly) but that had no effect, then tried disabling and enabling Faran just to see if that fixed him, which it didnt. It seems radiant quests dont have any particular was to fix via console i can find. I do use quite a few mods, but nothing that touches Faren or the volkihar quests in particular, and only two that change the castle around him that have no reported problems of this kind.
