Staff turn animation fix

I was trying to find a way to fix this anoying bug and I find a way to fix it, but I don't know what happen with my PC but I can't convert the magicbehavior.hkx to magicbehavior.xml and viceversa. I tried to many mods to convert that file but I can't do it.

 

My objetive is replace the magic turning animation of the staves (right hand only) with the idle of the staves or with the animation of Staves turning (left hand -no bug in this one ).

 

I can download this file magicbehavior.xml from Proper Spell Cast Direction, and I need to convert this file to HKX to check if this fix works but I can' do it.

 

If some want to do the same I hope that this information can be useful.
