Missing texture / mesh for enemy Frost spells?

Ran into this issue first when doing the Potema quest. All enemy frost spells appear to shoot out giant white squares and I can't figure out where it's coming from.

I'm running these mods which might be affecting frost meshes / textures / shaders but can't figure out which one might be causing this (if it is indeed a mod issue). None of these mods appear to have bug fixes for this or mention it on their discussion threads.

Clear refracting icicle and frost atronach

Better Dynamic Snow

Fluffy Snow

ENB Light

ENB Particle addon (from ENB forums)

 

 

***EDIT*** : Disregard, I installed Arctic to see if their meshes would fix the issue and it worked. To my knowledge none of my other mods have touched the frost spell mesh so I'm not sure what happened, but this was a solution.
