LE Making a House Mod

Well first off I'm here for advice on how to create a House for Skyrim.

This would be my first experience with the kit and any modding to skyrim (although i have had some experience for Oblivion not much)

 

I am looking through the tutorial but if anyone has advice one what i should read first would be helpful.

I have some specific ideas for this house and was wondering if there was any mods already made like what i'm thinking or if they are even impossible in the first place.

 

First would be allowing crafting materials to be used through specific storage instead of a players inventory.

Another would be linked storage where it a universal storage from different locations in the house (what i mean by that is you put an item in a chest in one room and in another room the chest, which is linked, would show the same item)

Third would be have an arena of where you can call a monster to fight, or maybe allow them to fight each other or a companion.

 

My last question is if anyone knows a good 3D rendering program you can use to create your own items.
