Chinese Pistol

I have tried to "Reverse Engineer" several different weapon mods, so see how they were made & to try to figure out how they made the weapon(s) more powerful, so that I could do it for myself. Sadly thus far, all of my attempts have failed & 90% of the time I try to use GECK, it crashes. Much as I wished otherwise, i'm just not smart enough to be a modder it seems.

 

My Request:

 

Weapon Model: Chinese Pistol

Weapon Ammo: Standard .44 Magnum

Weapon Animation: Normal Chinese Pistol

Weapon Damage: 75 max with 100 in SmallGuns.

Weapon Critical: Your choice, but Somewhat balanced please.

Weapon Firing Sound: Standard .44 Magnum or custom. No laser or Alien Sounds please.

Weapon Special Abilities: Random or fixed % chance to set enemies on fire w/fire damage.

 

I would greatly appreciate it if someone here would take a moment to make me a weapon such as I list out above. I tend to use pistols more than any other weapon ingamed. If a similar weapon has already been made, please link to it. I check the Weapons section here twice daily, but I may have missed it.
