There are a lot of damage balancers and swing speed balancers but, tbh, the amount of damage and swing speed is rather realistic IMO

 

what isn't is the attack range, especially with the warhammer. They have little to no added attack range, even though you are using a weapon that's over twice as long! If you are going to swing something that big, wouldn't you use the range to your advantage? LONG sweeping strikes that damage all the enemies in front of you, where the PC/NPCs utilize its weight by grasping at both the top and the bottom before reaching as high as possible before bringing down the punishment!

 

It would mainly be an animation mod, but I just don't want to have to stand right up against an opponent like I'm attacking them with a dagger anymore. 2 handed weapons were not used in warfare because they dealt more damage; it was because a proper blow would kill your enemy before they could even reach you! They were actually popular on the front lines because of their length and stopping power (then came long spears). Need to stop someone charging at you? Crush their skull before their puny sword can even reach.
