dfac364 Posted January 21, 2013 Share Posted January 21, 2013 I am trying to complete the message to whiterun quest as an imperial (the stormcloak side is also bugged) but once i return the axe to jarl balgruuf and he tell me to report to the legate everything stops. I get the quest target over the legates head but when i talk to him i only get misc dialogue no conversation. I checked the creation kit and found the quest (CW03) except when i check to dialogue branch there is nothing for the legate, Im not sure if this is my problem incase it was i tried verifying my game cache and it said i was missing a file but for some reason wont download. any help would really be appreciated.
