Itachi3990
I just installed a main menu replacer after installing skyrim together. The twin dragons at the main menu disappeared and i did get the new image. Yesterday i launched harbor and it updated a few files, which im probably sure were the main menu image files. My menu theme again showed a twin dragon and I uninstalled Skyrim Together and Harbor. And I mean completely uninstalled it. Every file according to a reddit thread. I even deleted Data/meshes/interface/logo/logo.nif and the same in the textures folder. But the twin dragons are STILL in my main menu and no main menu replacers seem to be working. Any help will be hugely appreciated https://i.imgur.com/s9L0Y7j.png
Gonte24
Heya! Go to your directory. open your Meshes/interface/logo. Then copy your menu replacer's logo folder and paste in the skyrim directory's logo folder. That is where your menu picture is located if you ever want to change it. so try that. OnePunch13
@itachi3990 Have you found a solution yet? i have done all of what you did and what @gonte24 said and nothing worked!
TheBlazeking1001
The problem is that the idiotic harbor launcher always detects a change in the main menu file and forces it to be changed back to their backround,There would need to either be a patch of the harbor launcher to no longer detect a change in the file (unlickly), or a script that makes the game itself use another file for the main menu.I know how to do none of these things. Sorry, but I am not of any help other than telling you what is happening under the hood.
TheBlazeking1001
...and I found a solution. If you go to your Skyrim Directory, you can launch Skyrim Together with the st_launcher.exe without opening harbor. This bypasses the integrety check and lets you use your custom main menu. Just make sure to open harbor every so often to get Skyrim Together updates.
