Making my character into a follower

Heya guys!

I'm Sdesser and this is my first post on the Nexus forums.

Though I'm new in the forums, I've been strolling around the nexus since December of 2011 (when I started looking for mods for Skyrim).

At the moment, I've got a bit over 500 hours clocked in Skyrim.

Ilatria is my newest character and the one I'm planning to play Dragonborn with,

but I'd like to have her as a follower for my future characters (and my older ones).

So if there's a experienced modder out there who could make it happen, let me know.

Thank you!

Managed to make her into a follower, trying to make into a standalone mod, but things aren't going so well.. More info in posts below.

I don't think that would actually be that difficult to do yourself, however, only problem is you would have to redo the face in the Creation Kit's facegen in order to make it an NPC because you can't just simply load up a save game character in there and have at.

Ah darn it. I haven't tried the creation kit yet, but if there face gen tool is even close to the in game Race Menu, I think I could pull it off with some time spent.

But I'm off to a lecture, I'll see what I can do when I get back home. Will let you know later today :)

Actually, in my experiences the facegen in the GECK, Creation Kit, etc is easier to work with than the in-game one. So you might possibly be able to make a better one using that.

I managed to export the character face from Skyrim (spf command) and used it to create a new actor (followed the guide linked above).

At the moment, I'm trying to place her in the game world to see if it worked as I had hoped.

*Edit: Got everything working, except she has black stripes on her forehead (In game and in Creation Kit). Any ideas?

Yey! Got it working! Didn't make her into a vampire though. Might do that later if I find her boring in human form :P

Here are the results, what do you guys think?:

Now I have another problem... Half the population in Skyrim has seem to have had haircuts and some females have insane discoloration problems (head really dark)...

Any ideas?

Problems vanished when I uninstalled a few mods and re-did the Ctrl + F4 stuffs.

Been trying to make this mod as standalone for the last 5 hours now, but It's not going so well. Following a guide (This guide), but I don't have the resources to make the head parts. The mods I use didn't come with anything but mostly textures.
