randompax Posted December 17, 2008 Share Posted December 17, 2008 To let everyone know why I'm asking such stupid questions, is that this is the first game I've ever tried to download mods for, and I'm having problems. I'm trying to expand/replace GNR and Enclave radio music. I downloaded the mods and mod manager, couldn't extract the Manager because I haven't the WinZip required, and since I didn't want to purchase a new program, I deleted the still zipped manager. However, now I can't hear any music on my pipboy, though music plays on on other in game radios.
