crash after loading main menu

so i just reinstalled skyrim after about half a year, and i installed all my mods that worked before. installed latest version of skse, i ran LOOT and TES5 edit to clean stuff, ran the nemesis engine to update animations.

 

so when i go to launch my game my game load up to the main menu no problem, but when the menu fully loads(as in the choices to select appear) the game crashes after 1-2 seconds.

 

not sure what is causing it atm, and id like some help if possible.

update: ignore this request, solved by running wrye bash and fiddling with it
