New Custom-made "stuff" for mod

If anybody has Oblivion, I am requesting, if anybody wants to make a custom-made tapestry, new armor, robes and monk robes added onto a symbol from Benirus Manor's secret door: The Arcane Symbol, a Dawn and Dusk symbol like the Mythic Dawn's tapestry. Also a new statue a human form, a new hero from the second era, the player's ancestor. The new armor could be steel or Iron or just custom-made material the armor was from the new hero, but given to the player, have the symbol on the robe with a mask and hood. The robes would be gray or black and armored, the monk robes would be gray or black. Mostly the player will be the leader of the faction (which I don't know how to do). I just wanted someone or a few people to work on the texturing and meshes, (because I still don't know how to do it, it's kind of confusing if Bethesda explaining it. But it can be shown), while I actually work on my mod. I would be very appreciate it, if you can. Please

P.S if you've completed my request, just message me for the textures and meshes. I've been trying to let some people know that I am requesting, not hollering for it. But I do need to know how to work on textures and meshes on my own. I just need to be shown how, like videos. The pictures however don't shown on the internet (Google Chrome) for some reason. There also confusing to me. If there is anybody nice enough to do this for me, then I would be very appreciate it and thanking you for it. :unsure:
