The original was for Skyrim using the UNP body, and the author, Anano, left notes on his/her profile that the permissions allow for the mod to be converted to another body type and ported to SSE. I am aware that there are currently ports of this mod on the Nexus: one for UNP/UNPB/7BB/DreamGirl/Seraphim and one for CBBE 3BB.
