Rail Cannon:

Shoots a path of Electricity that follows a piece of metal along the way.

 

Can either have 2 ways to implement:

1 Shot pulse - Shoots out a single ray of electricity.

Stream Shot - Shoots out in a stream of electricity, similar to a Flamethrower, but more accurate and set path.

If the amount of a coin (Quarter or Dollar) is used, the beam will reach about 50 meters.

good idea but the statisics are way way wrong for a start true rail guns NEED two rails with one + rail and one - rail otherwise they won't work and can quite easly give a 9mm round the desturcive power of 105mm Hi explosive tank shell and will fire the projectile at about mac 10 and will hit a hit a target 250 miles away in six minutes
