red dot sight or reflex sight for scoped weapons?

i mustve used dozens of keywords to try and search for red dot sights or reflex sights for scoped weapons here at nexus and even on google but with no success. i find primitive crosshairs very hard to see when youre using fellout and its nearly pitch black at night. even with nightvision mods, many of them make the crosshairs nearly invisible. with all the modern weapon mods i see on fallout 3 nexus, i was shocked to not see any mods for modern red dot sights or reflex sights. i guess my request is a mod that adds a red dot sight or a reflex sight to any scoped weapon.
