m14socom Posted March 22, 2009 Share Posted March 22, 2009 Since the ridable rollercoaster is out of the question maybe consider having a rollercoaster as a way to get to friedmont st. or to the other end of the strip. Like a fast travel within a town. It would be cool if someone like Freddie Roach could "show you a new move" So that the animation for the charge up punch changes and up that damage a little bit. Also it would be cool to be able to find or create a pair of leaded gloves that dealt more damage. I still think the ability to bet on animal fights would be awesome, something about a deathclaw and a yau gua. Also I don't know how far done you are with the actual world but, on the strip at almost every intersection is a escalator to a walkway to the other side. It adds a wide assortment with varied effects from double vision, to drunkenness, to paralysis, to fruity colors. And it even adds Drug overdoses, which act as a one time use melee weapon shaped like a hypo needle that you can stab foes, and they will experience some crazy effects! Hell, you could even work it into a small quest. Maybe you have to take some competition out, but it has to look like an accident, so you need to give them a heroine overdose or something! Right now I am working on the buildings that you will see if you look at the city from the outside. Once thats done I will make some small worldspaces for the different parts of the city. Once thats done I will make some small worldspaces for the different parts of the city. The first thing you see when you drive up on vegas is the Luxor and that ridiculous light beaming in the sky. The excalibur is very noticeable, so is MGM grand which is where you should put the boxing, the fake eiffel tower, The Stratosphere on the north end of the strip is very tall. Caesar's Palace is very noticable. Trump just built some huge building there, the fake empire state building is pretty huge. There's a huge gold building the mirage or something. The sphinx stand out pretty well. All of them obviously didn't survive the nukes but it was just a list off the top of my head.Definately need the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign. More specifically a rough uncluttered non voice acted sparsely decorated version could be out in a year or two (without help) Less than a year with a team.
