But seriously, more details would really help the people willing to make the mod. But I assume you mean a house with a million chests and mannequins. So you can organize everything accordingly. I too wish for a mod like this. However, there already is one. It's not called an OCD house or anything, but it sure does match the desire. You've most likely already of heard about it though.
