Roguetech (newb) mech repairs (shoulder). Do stores have, or do I have to kill things to get a new one?

The basic battletech is easy, and I've just started Roguetech and am still learning it.

 

I've received damage to mech parts that I have no replacement for, and I don't see the parts in stores. How do I get new shoulders, upper arms, etc.?
