LE BIG Mod/DLC-- Help request

Ok, I am a new modder with experience in only animation. I am making this mod/dlc in order to better my skills, as I am going to be a video game developer after college. (I'm still in high school) I need people who can script, people who can model, and people who can texture. My mod is going to add new land outside of the borders of skyrim, Add dragon riding (flyable AND controllable) and a new questline, more weapons and armor, improved animations (that's me), and voice acting (no worries, I already have people for that). This mod is going to be a LONG TERM project, so if you decide to help, you must be commited and ready. I know its a lot for a noob to start off with, but I like to start big. It's just... who I am. I will be using Autodesk 3ds max for animations and everything else, so you also need experience with that. It might seem a little demanding, but it has to be to stand out above the rest. So, if you are interested in helping, let me know.

I am going to be honest with you. I don't think this will pan out. As most of the time they never do. I have been around on the nexus for along time now. shortly after the release of oblivion and i can say that large scale things such as this are difficult. You say you an animator, well i am a modeler. (not the best mind you but i can do somethings, still learning).

 

I will say if you are serious about this then message me. As i will probably help but i will need more then just this. In fact you need to put a lot more then this if you are wanting to get people to join up. I am talking about what you are wanting to do. Besides new land and animation and dragon riding ( new dlc is almost upon us it might very well be possible, of course it all ready is just takes a lot of scripting). You need to outline your idea far better then this. Not trying to sound mean or anything just trying to help out.
