I dont think enclave would like to ally outcast , beacause of radio broadcast and also because outcast wont ally them , actually they are rivals.

 

As for enclave : i would like to have a better idea : enclave war veteran

you fought for enclave few years but you couldnt take nightmares which you got when you and your soldiers burn every village you found , so you decided to run away from enclave army to the capital wastelands , because you think that enclave will never come there .... ( maybe you can have also many enclave soldiers as the friends ... i mean that regular soldiers wont shoot at you in the wastelands , but in MQ they willl)

abilities :

can wear power armor - you start with basic higly dammaged enclave power armor and some dammaged laser rifle

strength + 4

ability - 1 scars from war

endurance + 1

charisma - 2 people dont trust you because you are always high or drunked

energy weps . + 10

medicine + 10 - you were wounded many times before, so you learned how to heal

you start as addicted to the all alcohols and maybe to some drugs in the bar in Rivet city or in megaton mooriaty sallon.

Oh a deserter is a very, very good backstory, rooted in lore - the Navarro outpost in Fo2 had a high rate of desertion.

 

I don't think it's out of the question that the Outcasts would ally with the Enclave - the Brotherhood is closest to a prime normal human outside of a sealed Vault or the Enclave. Additionally, they have great technology and are simply the good guys.

Mikael, the Colonel Autumn gone mad pretty much IS an unimaginary excuse, I just couldn't think of anything better for a reason why anyone would want to kill you but I'm actually starting to like your idea.

 

I'll make a few more tweaks to the Histories, also setting it up so using this mod won't conflict with Real Injuries or any other mod that is 'activated' after CG04 "Escape!" quest. Major oversight on my part, terribly sorry about that one folks.

Old thread this one but I was wondering If I can continue your work were you left off? I m working on an alt start extension for FWE but I wanna skip fwe completely and simply install this on top of Fallout 3 and have most of all i need. I don't wanna have FWE anymore just alt start. but there is no alt start anymore is gone from nexus!

So I am asking for permission from you the original creator to continue this mod. I have done a bunch of work already.
