Make Lasers blue

I asked about this before the GECK came out, and noone could figure it out. I have asked sinse the GECK came out and noone has done it. So I challenge you all, are you man enough, are you strong enough, are you brave enough, are you skilled enough, to recolor laser rifles and laser pistols to fire blue lasers...well are ya?

No seriously, I would love it if someone could figure this out.
