He's the creator of Tammer's NIF weapons pack, and he released a lot of weapons individually, but i'm not sure if he released this one individually though. The weapon's name is something along the lines of "Recon 10mm smg". The point is I need a clearing weapon that doesn't post through my ammo like my actual SMG hen I try and burst with it. XD Assault rifles are built a bit more powerful in game.
