INSANELY bright moons - Weird sun/moon lighting glitches

Alright, as of right now, this is the last 'major' issue I am having with skyrim *knock on wood* So I'd like to try and solve it. My moons, (and occasionally my sun) have this god awful.... light to them. It's so bright that even barely glimpsing it in the sky can blur out everything else on the screen. Honestly, if it was just the sun, I'd kinda like it, but when my moon glows 10 times brighter then my sun, it's a little immersion breaking. I have replacers for pretty much everything in the sky, but this showed up when I replaced the moons, I have sense removed all the new textures for the moon replacements, yet the issue is not effected.

 

This issue is two sided, one object in the sky always glows horribly like the first below, another has a giant streak like the second image, and if there is a third (In the case of the sun and both moons being in the sky) one is unaffected.

 

Could this be an ENB issue? If so, what should I do about it?
