More S.P.E.C.I.A.L effects

I would really like it if someone added new effects for the S.P.E.C.I.A.L stats.

 

The only one that I have thought of so far is making view distance increase or decrease with an increase or decrease in perception. Note to stop it from destroying peoples systems it could be set as a percentage of the users original set view distance.

ie: 1 perception= 50% original view distance 5=75% original 10=100% original.

 

If anyone thinks that this is a good idea or would like to add new effects then they could post them here.

 

Please note that I am a supernoob modder so I am unsure if this is even possible or not. I am more of an ideas man. :P
