Refusing to Start

So you installed a bunch of mods all at once along with KOTN and SI all without stopping to test to see if they worked? This could take a while.

First, make sure you have the latest patch for SI installed.

Try disabling those 3 at the end that BOSS didn't know where to put. If you are lucky it will be one of those. There is a separate version of BOSS for FCOM, (Old FCOM Helper) be sure you use that one.

Then disable (uncheck) ALL mods including the DLC mods. Then try it to see if it works. Don't worry about the KOTN and SI yet, leave them disabled for now. start with the unofficial patches - both Oblivion & SI unofficial patches. Then start the game and see if it works.

Save the big overhaul mods for last, OOO, Fran, Marts & warcry.

Now on the smaller mods, install several at a time and test between each group. After everything else is installed start on the big ones, one at a time with testing between each. Hopefully that will enable you to find which mod or mods is causing your crash
