pontypool
i have an asrock z77 extreme 7 nvidia 660 gtx and an intel i5-3570 with 8 gig of dual ram 2x4 corsair and a raid 0 of 2 x 500 western digital sata 3gbs drives.now the questions. I want some higher res mods but i am concerned they will effect the performance drastically of the game. Being such large downloads, I would like to know beforehand if it's worth me downloading them. Secondly...What kind of mods are popular other than these high res mods? on Oblivion I thought the obscuros (sp) overhaul mod was absolutely essential as the levellling system was IMO no fun in the vanilla version of the game - rats would level up with you to ridiculous levels. That mod put some static very high level creatures/npcs to inhibit you exploring into certain areas immediately. but it also stops weak creatures from going above certain levels.Other than that, any mod which expands and makes the map bigger bigger, more islands more cities is definately on my list. Basically anything that expands the game is great. Do they actually have like a top 50 mod section? thanks all!!!
