Finding A3-21 Androidman

Did anyone locate A3-21 the "androidman"? I'm interested in finding him but could use some directions on doing so.

Sure. He's easy enough to "find", but getting any dialogue that acknowledges the finding means you'll have to

go find and talk to the recluse Pinkerton

. You should have an objective to find him if you're questing in Rivet City.
