FurryLippedSquid
Hey people. I've manually downloaded the 5 RAR files and followed the video by Gopher to install the mod using NMM. I "Add mod from file", point it to the first RAR file and it begins building. About 20 seconds later it throws up the "Object reference not set to an instance of an object" error and fails. I've been to the FAQ with the error information from the Tracelog and it gives the following instructions: 1.) Go into documents and find the tracelog of the crash that NMM recorded.2.) Open and press Ctrl+F and type in IsNull=True3.) Go to your loadorder.txt file and delete every file that had (IsNull=True) after it. These don't make much sense to me. Why do I have to do step 2, there seems to be no reason? Seems like there's a step missing between 2 & 3? Also, the above example is for Skyrim, I don't appear to have a "loadorder.txt" (I am looking in the right place), all I have is "DLCList.txt" and "plugins.txt". Any clues? Thanks! itzworm
Thanks Squid! For those of you who just found this and are still not sure what he's talking about, you should've watched the dang video. Delete the numbers indicating the version number so it reads "...ack part1.rar" Confession: I watched the video and thought I could ignore it because i was using FOMM. I was wrong Edited April 18, 2013 by itzworm
