Vampire Lord Night Cloak Bug and some other issues

Ok since this is the passive ability for VL im using several VL/V mods:

Royal Bloodline 1.3

Better Vampires By Brehanin 5.7

Grimoas Vampire Lord (Vanilla Armor version)

Custom Vampire Lord Invisibility Fix

 

Ok the bug is this:

 

For Night Cloak:

The Night Cloak activates automatically when player is in combat and has the effect (as you all know) bats flying around you and attacking the closest enemy/enemies, but i dont have this effect (bats flying around me) i only see the bats when theyre damaging the enemy. Solution? Someone already experienced this?

 

Other issues:

 

With Royal Bloodline after recieveing Royal Bloodline perk the transform/revert form lasts forever...etc... i didnt had this problem before :(...
