Psychs - An alternative to Oblivion's Magic system

I was wondering what happened to this system, but since it was once used in oblivion, I can easily say it can be used in fallout 3, but as a different system.

 

Psych - A Scientific way to use "magic" or supernatural abilities.

 

Possible way to implement this mod:

- Unlike physical things like Implants (my previous request) Psych would be more mental and pays a toll on your rad meter (so the more you use it the higher the rad goes).

 

- Different abilities would radiate at different speeds.

 

Seeing how this game is focused on shooting, Psychs should mostly be used in order to survive, or get around problems.

 

Possible Abilities:

 

- Mind Scan - If used on a target, you "convince" them into giving you information.

- Brain Freeze - Deals brain damage to the target if used repeatedly. Can damage their head, thus lowering their aim.

- Deception - Stops any living target from attacking for a few seconds. Could also make them attack other living things.

- Paralysis - Paralyzes the target if you use it on their head. Makes them knocked down for a few seconds.

 

Unlike the implants, you may only have 1 ability at a time, but you can rank the ability up to improve it's effectiveness.
