Is there going to be a Francesco's overhaul, and oscuros overhaul

I remember the days of playing Oblivion, and the amazement I got from installing FCOM with Francesco's, Oscuro's, and Martigens massive mods, along with Bobs armory and other smaller mods.

I notice that there is a Skyrim monster mod, and immersive armors that are pretty good, but are there any plans for something the equivalent of Oscuro's or Francesco's?
